With an extensive inventory of bare gearboxes, motor adapters and modular gear ratio kits at our Sharjah facility, we provide rapid in-house custom ratio assembly, reducing lead times from weeks to hours to keep your plant running without downtime.
Design: Compact 90° right-angle drive featuring high-precision case-hardened spiral bevel and helical gear pairs for maximum efficiency and whisper-quiet operation.
Input interface: Direct-coupled IEC motor adapter flange (B5 / B14) with precision internal splined/keyed sleeve, as well as bare solid input shaft configurations.
Output interface: High-tensile hollow output bore with standardised keyway (shown in reference), optional shrink disc, or single/double solid output shaft extensions.
Casing: Heavy-ribbed cast iron housing with multi-point oil drain, level and breather plugs for universal orientation.
Design: High-efficiency coaxial inline gear stages engineered for continuous high-torque output in mixers, agitators, conveyors and crane drives.
Mounting: Rigid foot-mounted (B3), large flange-mounted (B5) or combined foot/flange (B35) configurations.
