MULTISTAGE HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
Everest is a premium supplier of Multistage horizontal centrifugal pump. The pump comes with two poles and Class F insulation. Along with continuous operation, it also offers automatic reset overload protection.
It is important to note here that the overload protection must be provided and installed by the user in the control panel.
The pump comes with a maximum capacity of 90 liters per minute.
While the maximum operating pressure of the pump is 9.0 bar, the temperature of pumped liquid is still maintained at 40⁰C.
MATERIALS :
Firstly, the suction/discharge mounting has been done in Casting Iron (Casting brass are availability).
Secondly, the pump housing has been done in SUS 304 Stainless steel.
Thirdly, the diffuser in PPO(Noryl®) Impellers in PPO (Noryl® )(SUS 304 Stainless steel are availability).
Fourthly, the motor shaft uses SUS 416 stainless steel (Carbon steel and SUS 316 Stainless steel are availability).
Also, please see that the Mechanical seal is made with Ceramic/graphite, however the NBR elastomers, other parts are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the O-ring is made of NBR (EPDM are availability).
